Here you can link the counters to a counter operation or make simple mathematical calculations between counters: add, subtract, multiply or divide different time and/or count items.
Predefined formulas
Predefined formulas are fixed counter operations that can be only used once with maximum 5 counters. These are:
· Absence hours: Used with T counters. It calculates how much an employee still has to work in a day, core time minus unpaid break time;
· Early leave: Used with T counters. It calculates how much time an employee was missing in a day due to early leave, regular time minus core time;
· Interrupt: Used with T counters. It takes into consideration only the bookings MC linked to the absences with type "Interruption" or "Any interruption" in the definition. It calculates the time of interruption.
· Late arrival: Used with T counters. It calculates how much time an employee was missing in a day due to late arrival, regular time minus core time;
· Non authorized overtime: Used with T counters. It quantifies the unauthorized overtime an employee has;
· No. of days absence: Used with C counters. It counts the days of absence, and it takes into consideration only absences with "Count as normal day" in definition;
· No. of days holiday: Used with C counters. It counts the non-working days;
· No. of days worked: Used with C counters. It counts the number of days worked;
· No. of times early leave: Used with C counters. It counts the number of times with early leave;
· No. of times interrupt: Used with C counters. It counts the number of absences with "Interruption" or "Any interruption" in definition;
· No. of times late arrival: Used with C counters. It counts the number of late arrivals.

If the option Use 'Standard Start-End' instead of 'Core Start-End' for early leave/late arrival calculation is put on YES in Settings - System - tab Application config., the formulas will refer to standard start/end time instead of core time.

Customable formulas
There are six different formulas that can be used to make calculations with T counters:
· Add
· Subtract
· Multiply
· Divide
· Minimum
· Maximum.
These formulas can be used in maximum 200 counter operations, e.g. create a calculation with counter T3 and T4, the result of this calculation is saved in counter T5.
Following regular counters have a code when used in calculations:
Normtime A:

End coretime:

End first break:

Priority refers to the counter definition priority.
You can also use constant values in calculations; just note that they must be expressed in minutes.
