General Settings for Data Collection

 
Step 1: Set the parameters for data collection in System - Settings - tab System config.
 
 
The manager can add data collection items in Team Manager at all times, regardless these settings.
 
If authorization is not required, go straight to Step 3.

Step 2: If the data collection entries from the terminal require authorization from a manager, you must make sure the group of employees that will use data collection is also set as a Data collection request group. This is done in Configuration - Groups - tab Employees - New/Edit mode.

Step 3: Go to Configuration - Counter Definition and add the counters to be used with data collection. You can use only counters type Count (C Counters).

Make sure you have checked Daily Overview and Use in reports checkboxes.
