Opposite to the weekly O.T., this calculation type does not refer to a fixed weekly condition (weekly overtime group). This type will calculate its own weekly situation, based on the norm time determined in the day programs. Non-working days and public holidays are not included in this calculation, so all missing hours during the week, weekends and vacations can be counterbalanced. It would be ideal to use a day program with a norm time of 0:00 hours during these days.
This pay group is used when you have employees with different day programs/cycles or different norms from day to day, including also different non-working days. In this case, the norm time differs from week to week, even for one single employee.
