New/Edit CC window in Astrow Web
Define the following:
CC Code: Give a number between 100 and 499 to the cost center. This number will also be entered on the terminal when using this cost center.
Name: Full name for the cost center (max. 32 characters).
Function: This drop-down list enables the user to choose from a number of standard cost center activation functions.
Daily default cost center – fixed (Fixed checked): If you activate this function, this will be the default cost center linked to each GO booking (the first booking in). If you do not activate a different cost center at the next IN booking, the last used cost center will be automatically activated. You can also activate a different cost center as from the second IN booking (after an OUT booking) from the terminal.
Daily default cost center – revisable (Fixed unchecked): If you activate this function, this will be the default cost center linked to each GO booking (the first booking in), but you can change the CC for the GO booking from the terminal. If you do not activate a different cost center at the next IN booking, the last used cost center will automatically be activated.
Cost center for in clocking – fixed (Fixed checked): If you activate this function, Astrow will use this cost center for each GO and IN booking. You will not be able to change the cost center for any of these GO and IN bookings.
Cost center for in clocking – revisable (Fixed unchecked): If you activate this function, Astrow will use this cost center for each GO and IN booking, but you can always change the cost center for any of these.
Last used cost center for in booking: If you activate this function, Astrow will use the last used cost center for each IN booking. You can change the cost center for each IN booking. This function will only return to the Cost Center use in employee definition if there is no booking in the least 3 weeks.
Cost center for bookings on terminal – fixed (Fixed checked): Using this function, you can link each booking on a terminal to a fixed cost center. You cannot change the cost center used unless you also check the option OUT/END below.
Terminal: This drop-down list contains all terminals, except GTs defined in the Communication - Terminal Definition.
GS/GT: This is special for GS/GT operations.
OUT/END:Checking this option implies you will also be able to generate an OUT booking on this terminal, which means you modified the functioning of this cost center terminal: 1. the first booking now always is a time & cost booking with the cost center defined for this terminal; the next booking on this terminal will be an OUT booking, which means the end of this cost center and 2. you can only change the cost center with a manual booking.
Cost center for bookings on terminal – revisable (Fixed unchecked): Using this function, you can link each booking on a GS/GT and iT-30(0) terminal to a fixed cost center, but you can change the cost center used:
Terminal: This drop-down list contains all terminals, except GTs defined in the Communication - Terminal Definition.
